INGRID MASON COX

President & CEO

Ingrid earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration after attending Hampton University and graduating from Southern CT State University. Prior to forming her own company, she held leadership roles with Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems. As the CEO of MCG Services, Inc. (MCG), she directs all aspects of the company’s vision, mission and services. She is responsible for creating and shaping the firm’s corporate strategy, business development and forming partnerships. She successfully manages staff and corporate business objectives in order to initiate future business revenue and teaming agreements with public and private sector clientele all over the world. She was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.  Mrs. Cox joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Ingrid was born into an entrepreneurial family which ignited that spirit within her. Throughout her career, Mrs. Cox has fulfilled her desire to exceed expectations, grow an exceptional corporate reputation and nurture her numerous business ventures. On a personal note, she is vigorously engaged with The Alzheimer’s Association, and also feeds the homeless in D.C. through the S.O.M.E organization. She loves growing her business but her greatest joy is providing service to others. Whether mentoring young girls, other business owners, or coordinating donations for local charities, she measures her success as a person, by helping others.

WINSTON M. COX, JR.

Vice President

An Engineer by trade, Mr. Cox has a technical background and ample experience in the Federal Contracting industry. He earned an Engineering degree from Hampton University and engaged his entrepreneurial fire by forming an IT Contracting company which grew to be very successful, very quickly. His background includes Network Datacenter Architecture, Network Analysis and Network Engineering. Prior to becoming a business owner, Mr. Cox held numerous positions with large companies including Verizon, TASC and Northrop Grumman.

His strategic influence and industry savvy allows him to play a pivotal role in MCG's Federal partnerships and corporate finance goals. He is currently leading our relationship with GSA in obtaining our Schedule 70. His leadership has allowed a huge period of growth for MCG which resulted in his elevation to Vice President in 2018.
